Return & Refund Policy

For refund & exchange, or order cancellation please submit a ticket and one of our agents will assist you. For further information please contact us at [email protected]. All refunds & exchanges are handled through our ticket support system.

We are not responsible for lost packages, once the item has been shipped it is out of the control of Great Wigs 4 U and we will not accept responsibility.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one if any of the reasons fit our criteria below or if the reason is considered refundable by our team:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(30 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 business days) has expired. A refund can also be made if the product was received damaged or missing items.  Proof of damage or missing product may be requested upon a refund request. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and still in its original package.

We do not refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of greatwigs4u.com

Exchanges

We only do refunds and exchanges for genuine reasons.

We do not refund or exchange if:

  • If you do not like the colour you choose.
  • If for some reason you do not like how an item fits.
  • If items have been worn are open (items must be in its original packages with no sign of tampering)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of greatwigs4u.com

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size (the size ordered was either too small or too large). You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Please note: All return items are at your expense and not of Great Wigs 4 U. If an exchange is required due to an error by our team then all expenses are covered by Great Wigs 4 U.
